I got exactly what I ordered and everything looked right. Compared to a few other orders I’ve placed elsewhere, this one was simple and hassle-free, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered my usual size. Same size I always get. And these were ridiculously tight. Like, not even a little snug, just completely off. I looked at the size guide after, but it wasn’t much help. For what they cost, I really expected a better fit. Then the return process was a hassle too. Frustrating all around...

My order got here so fast, I was surprised. Shipping was way quicker than I expected. Did anyone else have theirs arrive this early too?

I paid for my order with my card and everything went through fine in the end. The checkout itself was easy, no big drama there. But then the confirmation page took a little while to load and I immediately started spiraling like, did it charge me, did it not, have I just entered some payment limbo forever? Thankfully the email came through after a few minutes, so all was good. Overall it was okay, but wow, that confirmation page could definitely be faster.

I bought these shoes thinking the warranty would actually give me some peace of mind, but my experience with support was frustrating. I kept getting asked for the same information over and over, and after waiting a long time between replies, they eventually told me they couldn’t help. For what I paid, I expected much better aftercare.

Customer service did end up helping me with my order question, and the people I talked to were really nice. But it was a little frustrating because it took a couple of days and I had to follow up twice before getting it sorted out. I appreciated the help, I just wish the response had been quicker

The exchange itself was simple and went smoothly. The only thing was the shipping took longer than I expected, so it kind of felt like it sat around for a bit before moving.

The box arrived a bit dented. I’m particular about packaging, so I would’ve liked it to be in better shape, but it was just okay overall.

I really wanted to like these more because the design is super nice and they do have that luxury look. But for what they cost, I was expecting them to feel way more comfortable and have better little details?? The packaging was okay, nothing amazing, and customer service took longer than I hoped. They’re not terrible, just kind of disappointing overall.

I ordered a pair, but sadly the size was just not right for me, which was a little heartbreaking because I really wanted them to work.

The return process was okay overall. It wasn’t lightning-fast to get started or anything, but once they received the package, the refund came back so quickly I was shocked.
I’m giving 4 stars because the updates could have been clearer, and I was definitely checking like a dramatic detective, but in the end my money came back without any drama

I don’t know, the shoes just felt a little off to me!!! Something about the fit and overall feel made me wonder if they’re actually genuine!!! I was really hoping they’d be fine, but now I’m not so sure!!!

I’ll start by saying the shoes themselves are really nice, and I did get my order confirmation quickly, which was reassuring at first. But after that, the tracking was frustrating. It barely updated for days, so I kept checking over and over and still had no real idea where my package was. Customer service did reply, which I appreciated, but the response felt kind of generic and didn’t really clear things up. In the end, I’m happy with the shoes, but for the price, I definitely expected the delivery updates to be a lot smoother.

I bought a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and yeah, they definitely look amazing. No issue there. I’m totally calm about it, but after a few hours my feet started hurting a little, which was kind of disappointing. For the price, I really expected better cushioning. They’re not awful or anything, just not the kind of shoes I’d want to wear all day.
